for Public Health Global Fund for Women Grantee Action:In the Masaka District of Uganda, Uganda Women's Welfare Association (UWOWA), works to protect women from domestic violence, to prosecute those responsible and to provide an environment in which women can protect themselves from HIV/AIDS.
